With over 18 years of experience, Jill has built her business on honesty, integrity, and a deep knowledge of the real estate market. Jill and her husband, Russell, moved from Austin to the Hill Country in 2006. Together, they have two sons, ages 21 and 18, who attend Liberty University and Heritage School. Russell previously worked as a custom home builder, and together they completed more than a dozen personal building and remodeling projects during their time in Fredericksburg. Jill’s love for design and staging, paired with her eye for quality craftsmanship, led her to found Staged to Sell Fredericksburg, a staging and design service created to help sellers maximize their home’s appeal and value before hitting the market.

Jill holds the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and is a proud member of KW Luxury, highlighting her dedication to delivering exceptional service in the luxury market.

While Jill is experienced across all types of real estate transactions, she specializes in residential homes and short-term rental properties. Through firsthand experience and market expertise, she is well-versed in the financial and operational aspects of real estate investing. Her marketing expertise helps sellers connect with the right buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

When she’s not working, Jill enjoys spending time in nature with her family and their golden retriever. She loves to travel, stay active, and is rarely without a cup of coffee in hand.
